The Queer Girl Initiative is the philanthropic and advocacy arm of Lezchic’, created to uplift queer women through visibility, opportunity, and community support.

 

Our mission operates on two fronts:

• Pain to Power Program — providing emergency assistance, mentorship, and resources for queer women rebuilding after hardship.

• Visibility & Pride Advocacy — producing and participating in Pride events, panels, and partnerships that amplify queer women’s voices and celebrate our community.

 

Together, these efforts transform struggle into strength and visibility into real world impact.
